🌟 How to Apply
We’re excited you’re ready to join our unique Tibet Voice cultural immersion experience in Lhasa! Applying is simple and straightforward—here’s how:
📝 Step 1: Complete Your Application
Fill out our short online application form, where we ask you:
Personal details (name, contact, passport info)
Your motivation and purpose for joining this journey
Any special requirements (diet, medical, activity preferences)
🗓 Step 2: Brief Application Review
After you submit your application, we'll review your responses to ensure alignment with the program’s purpose and create the best experience for all participants.
(If we have questions or want to know you better, we may schedule a short, informal Zoom conversation.)
📧 Step 3: Acceptance & Deposit Payment
Once accepted (usually within 1–2 days), you’ll receive an acceptance email inviting you to confirm your spot by paying a deposit:
Deposit amount: $600 (secures your spot)
Payment methods: PayPal, credit card (Stripe), or bank transfer
Instructions will be clearly provided in your acceptance email.
✅ Step 4: Final Confirmation & Preparation
After you pay your deposit, your spot is officially secured! We’ll send you:
Confirmation receipt for your deposit
Detailed itinerary, packing tips, and pre-trip guidelines
Information on visa and travel preparations
The remaining balance ($1,549 or $1,749, depend on your sign up date) is due by June 15, 2025.

🛎️ Cancellation Policy
Deposits ($600) are non-refundable.
Before June 1: Full refund (minus $600 deposit).
Before June 15: 50% refund
After June 15: no refunds
(We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your travels.)
